What is Panchkarma?
Panchkarma, one of the most well-known parts of Ayurveda, It is a five step mind-body rejuvenation experience that detoxifies the body from various toxins that cause different kinds of ailments and eliminate impurities from the human body. It comprises of herbal oil massages, steam baths, cleansing enemas, a healing kitchen diet and other purifying practices.
Why take medicine when Panchkarma can help you?
Panchkarma improve the efficacy of the medicine to fight back chronic ailments. For instance, if we have a pot filled with dirt, even after filling it with fresh water, it will not remove the dirt from the pot. Similarly, if we don’t remove the toxins from our body, even the medicines will not work well. Therefore Panchkarma is a medium to cleanse toxins from our body, so as to multiply the impact of medicine to get effective treatment.
